PreFeeder 4650 offers feeding system for cable processing lines with reels weighing up to 1,320 lb. For facilitated reel handling and accelerated changeovers, all axes are motorized and controlled with usability-optimized, handheld controller. Reel clamping and lifting concept eliminates use of heavy reel shafts and clamps. While one version can feed up to 0.71 in. dia, flexible cables, another version that can feed up to 1.38 in. dia, less flexible cables.
