Drives are available in various form factors and flash types (SLC, MLC, iSLC) as well as DRAM-less versions for 100% data integrity in case of power loss. Also available, cable-less ServerDOM™ uses Innodisk nanoSSD flash, is designed for server applications, and works with Intel® RSTe technology.
