Cablevision's focus on lower speed tiers and investments to build the Wi-Fi network will keep its bottom line under pressure. The 13 biggest pay-TV providers in the U.S. saw a decline of 150,000 subscribers in the third quarter this year, six times of what they lost in the year-ago period.
