Caltrain may attempt to dodge CEQA just like HSR

Though on track to certify the final environmental document for electrification project at the next Caltrain board meeting on January 8th, 2015, the project could sit there a while before being implemented because of many issues before the agency. Financial issues loom and the latest ruling of the California Public Utilities commission that was could have been the final ok to operate electric trains for the High-Speed project didn't work out for Caltrain.
