Designed for use on factory floor, Model 1000 Surface Finish Gauge enables users to press one button and have all surface measurements such as Ra, Rp, Tp, and Rsk performed in one sequence on main and rod journals and thrust faces. System is built on rugged platform of structural steel and granite, and uses 3 stylus tips which are capable of scanning 2,000 points/nm. Users can perform gauge repeatability and reproducibility tests, prove machine capability, and qualify production equipment.
