Canada and Mexico Ask for WTO Compliance Panel

By P. Scott Shearer, Bockorny Group, Washington, DC Canada and Mexico have asked the WTO to form a compliance panel to review the United States rules on country-of-origin labeling (COOL). Canada said that the United States has failed to bring its COOL measure into conformity with its WTO obligations. read more
