Capital Bank is celebrating 50 years of service this year. Senator Jeff Mullis stopped by Thursday to present CEO Dr. Joe Haskins with a Senate Resolution proclaiming Capital Bank Day in honor of the bank's service to the North Georgia community for 50 years.
