Last week marked the official start of spring -- at least on the calendar anyway. In my neck of the woods, the weather certainly is anything but spring-like. This weeks forecast is for continued cold with some snow. Yet, there are small signs of spring everywhere I look -- a robin chirping in the tree, some snowmelt filling up stock dams, and calves frolicking in the pasture. BEEF Daily read more
