Car dealer fined for assaulting teen

The former boss of Big Rock Toyota has been fined $5000 and granted a spent conviction after being convicted for indecently assaulting a teenage employee. At a trial late last year Frank Delli-Benedetti, 51, was found guilty of one charge of indecent assault, and was acquitted of six further accusations of sexual assaults on staff members at the northern suburbs dealerships.
