Members of the Counter Terrorism and Organised Crime Investigations Branch ) arrested and charged two used car dealers for the offence of fraudulent conversion on Tuesday. They are 39-year-old Mark Robinson of Carlton Avenue and 41-year-old Natalie Billings of West Oakridge, both in Kingston 8. Reports are that in August 2013, the complainant entrusted an automobile company, located in the Kingston 8 area, owned by Robinson and Billings with a Honda motorcar, to be sold on his behalf.
