Car sales help plant out lagoon

As part of the Honda TreeFund, Timaru District Council's parks and recreation manager Bill Steans said $6000 had been contributed over the last three financial years. The fund helped Timaru Coast Care plant natives at the Washdyke Lagoon as cover for little blue penguins and other native fauna, including bird and insect species and common lizards.
