Aspen Times: Carbondale is looking at the first comprehensive carbon tax in the Roaring Fork Valley and what's believed to be only the second one of its kind in the country.
The town will ask voters in the April 5 election to approve a "climate action excise tax" on electricity and natural gas used by residences and businesses.
