Cardinal Health to Acquire Cordis for $2 Billion

Johnson & Johnson announced that Cardinal Health has made a binding offer to acquire Cordis, a Johnson & Johnson company, for $1.99 billion. The press release indicates that the sale price includes $1.944 billion in cash and $46 million in net receivables.
