Carlyle Group snaps up Hunkemöller lingerie brand

US-based buyout firm The Carlyle Group has agreed to acquire Dutch lingerie brand Hunkemöller from PAI Partners for an undisclosed sum, with a view to expanding its omni-channel strategy and building global growth.
