Flying CartonTracker™ allows printing on and inspection of cartons in continuous motion without stopping item and with ability to reject any single carton on the fly. Gripping carton from top, unit installs over existing line without cutting or modifying line layout, and camera verifies printed information quality. Stand-alone unit, able to handle range of carton sizes at speeds up to 400 cartons/min, can be fed automatically or manually and facilitates changeovers via 2 adjustments.
