Case dropped against Israeli accused of Overstock.com computer attack

A federal judge has dismissed charges against an Israeli man accused of conducting a cyber-attack on the Salt Lake City company Overstock.com . U.S. District Judge Jill Parrish granted a government motion to dismiss charges against Kirill Alekseyevich Chudinov because federal prosecutors said they didn't have sufficient evidence to continue.
