Cedar Woods: Lord Mayor unsure if Upper Kedron 'mega suburb' will proceed

Brisbane's LNP Lord Mayor Graham Quirk says he doubts Cedar Woods Properties will agree to a watered-down version of the Upper Kedron mega suburb that has been approved by the Palaszczuk Government. Cedar Woods had originally wanted to develop 1350 lots on the 227-hectare site, but on Friday, Planning Minister Jackie Trad said the government would only approve an initial 480 dwellings.
