Covering 1,800 MHz frequency within tuning voltage range of 0.5–4.5 Vdc, Model TRO1800A-LF features spectrally clean signal of -117 dBc/Hz at 10 kHz offset. Device delivers 4±3 dBm output power into 50 Ω load while operating off 5 Vdc supply and drawing 25 mA of current. Housed in 0.375 x 0.375 x 0.12 in. standard 375 package, RoHS-compliant VCO operates over extended commercial temperature range of -40 to 85°C with typical second harmonic suppression of -10 dBc.
