Chambersburg doctor charged with indecent assault

Pennsylvania State Police, Chambersburg, said Sohael M. Raschid, secretly added the substance to the drink of a 28-year-old woman. Raschid is charged with criminal attempt - aggravated assault without consent, criminal attempt - aggravated indecent assault of a person impaired, indecent assault of a person substantially impaired, and indecent assault without the consent of others.
