Changes in Investor AB's Management Group

On January 28, 2015, Investor's Board of Directors announced the appointment of Johan Forssell as new CEO from May 12, 2015. Against this background, Investor's Management Group will consist of the following members with respective responsibilities: Johan Forssell - President and CEO Helena Saxon - CFO Daniel Nodhall - Listed Core Investments Petra Hedengran - General Counsel, corporate governance, investments in EQT funds Stefan Stern - Communication, Public Affairs and CSR These changes will be effective May 12, with the exception of Helena Saxon who assumed her position on March 1 and Petra Hedengran who has been a member of the Management Group since 2007.
