Looks like Christmas will be a lot more "sexy, pretty and glamorous" for shoppers, now that Charlotte Russe has opened at the Mall of Victor Valley. Mall marketing manager Eddie Hernandez said shoppers who visit the store through Sunday will receive $5 off $30, $10 off $50, or $15 off their purchase of $75 or more.
