Charlotte area's home sales up 8.8% in January, but ...

Home sales in the Charlotte region climbed 8.8 percent in January from a year ago, according to the Charlotte Regional Realtor Association . The association reported Tuesday that Carolina Multiple Listing Service figures show 2,359 homes were sold in the region last month, up from 2,169 sold in January 2014.
