Cheap Oil Prices Lead To Oil Job Cuts In Louisiana

Layoffs in the oil industry reportedly are approaching 100,000 since December because of cheap oil prices and Louisiana is one of four states that have been particularly hard hit. Continental Resources, an oil producer based in Oklahoma City, reports that layoffs are affecting exploration and oil service companies.
