CHER'S BIG HONOR: Cher and Jean Paul Gaultier were the two honorees Saturday night at the fifth amfAR Inspiration Gala in So Paulo, where Riccardo Tisci and Kenneth Cole served as cochairs. The French designer received the lifetime achievement award from Naomi Campbell , the other "super" in attendance besides Kate Moss .
