Chicagoan sues Volkswagen over rigged diesel emissions tests

Chicagoan Micah Dorn, who in 2013 bought a new Volkswagen Jetta with a "clean diesel engine," is lead plaintiff in a class action lawsuit filed in U.S. District Court in Chicago over the automaker's cheating on emissions tests. At least two other class action lawsuits have also been filed nationally against Volkswagen.
