Featuring embedded Tungsten RTD sensor, Extreme Aluminum Nitride Ceramic Chiller/Heater is capable of heating from 100–450°C at 200°C per second and cooling from 450–100°C at 100°C per second. High thermal conductivity and low temperature expansion properties of AIN enable fast temperature response. Applications include semiconductor equipment and analytical instrumentation.
