China's apparel exports have plunged in the first quarter of the year, with shipments experiencing a double-digit fall to most destinations. Sales to Japan and Korea have more resisted than to the US market. T-Shirts have more declined than pullovers, whereas knit shirts were halved in women category 6106. Our statistical series provide a comprehensive picture of China's clothing exports in the 1st quarter 2016-2020, including volume, value, and unit value changes per destination, and per HS 4-digit product categories.
