China Auto Sales Target Likely to Be Cut Again

China's government-backed auto industry association will likely further lower its projection for auto sales this year after domestic economic growth hit a five-year low in the third quarter. The China Association of Automobile Manufacturers in July lowered its projection for the country's automobile sales to 23.8 million vehicles this year, representing an 8.3% increase from a year earlier.
