United Press International: Scottish leadership in renewable resources and China's growing demand for energy makes them natural partners, a visiting Scottish minister said in Beijing. Scottish energy company SgurrEnergy signed a two-year deal to serve as an adviser to the Guangdong Electric Power Design Institute on its design for China's offshore Zhukai wind farm.
