China Textile & Clothing Production Costs (Country Report)

China's economy has rebounded in the second quarter of the year, after plunging over the Covid-19 outbreak. Retail sales are not rising, however, including at apparel stores, whereas clothing exports have stayed heavily depressed until May. Prices have fallen more significantly at textile factory gates in June, as a result. Our statistical report offers a comprehensive view of production costs and consumer prices in China, including in the textile and clothing sectors. Labor costs in major provinces are also being followed.
