China Yarn Prices: Domestic and Import Markets (Weekly Report)

Spun yarn prices are further sliding in China, where yarn import prices are less competitive, partly due to the fall of the renminbi. Demand for foreign yarns could further drop, therefore depressing domestic yarn markets in India and Pakistan. Our weekly report covers the China yarn domestic and import market indicators, as well as local market prices in Qianqing (Zhejiang). Prices of a large number of counts are released for spun cotton, polyester, viscose and blends. Domestic and import yarn prices are compared. Historical data are available for download.
