Chiquita Brands International Inc.'s shareholders vote on the Chiquita-Fyffes merger is three days away and the gloves are coming off. Cutrale-Safra, the Brazilian companies looking to buy Chiquita , says this morning that it has a shareholder advisory firm's recommendation to vote against Chiquita's planned purchase of Fyffes plc .
