City Council Considering Extension of Sunset Date for Tree Preservation of Private Trees in Development Situations

City Council adopted amendments to Title 11, Trees, in 2016 to strengthen regulations pertaining to free preservation (especially preservation of large sized trees) in development situations on private property. The amendments were adopted with a scheduled end date of December 31, 2019.
