Eleven days after the Macy's site at the Kingsdale Center was completed, Upper Arlington officials expressed frustration over a lack of communication with the buyer and seller, as well as concern over what might be developed. City Manager Ted Staton and several city council members didn't hide their disappointment Monday, Jan. 26, over recent events surrounding Federated Department Stores Inc.'s sale of the Kingsdale Macy's to the Kroger Co.
