City of Richmond Sues Chevron for Negligence in Last Year's Refinery Fire

By Bay City News Service The city of Richmond sued Chevron Corp. in Contra Costa County Superior Court today for alleged negligence in last year's massive refinery fire, accusing the oil company of "willful and conscious disregard of public safety."
