Wunderground: Dramatic images of ocean waves lashing the coastline while floodwaters inundate city streets -- especially during storms like last year's Hurricane Sandy and Hurricane Isaac -- may leave the impression that climate change is only, or at least mostly, a problem for cities along the coasts.
