ROLE DESCRIPTION SUMMARY As a Cloud Developer, Integration Services Automation, you will be directly responsible for the management and development of Azure cloud products within the SES GROUP. This is an exciting role where you will be providing support for cloud automation projects, both internal and customer facing. You will design, build and maintain cloudnative and hybrid cloud products deployment code for inscope Azure services within the IT Service Design and Implementation Organisation, focusing on automation to enable a quick time to market for new IT solutions and infrastructures. In this role, you will be a part of the Cloud Center of Excellence that is focused on realizing the exciting cloud first strategy of SES. Do you have the following? Experience designing, maintaining and developing products from Cloud product catalogs Skills in automated deployment, maintenance, monitoring and documentation of operating systems, application software and system management tools Ability to work internationally in a matrixmanaged, resultsoriented environment Ability to work and communicate with team members in different time zones using the latest communication tools Sound technical understanding of cloud services, cloud topology and patterns as well as related technical skills including business application Job Description PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES KEY RESULT AREAS Design, maintenance and development of products from the SES Cloud product catalog certified packaged deployment code for Azure services and the accompanying documentation for those Services Automated deployment, maintenance, monitoring and documentation of operating systems, application software and system management tools Continuous improvement and automation of the IT environments Take on responsibility for timely implementation for hisher projects and activities Monitor and test application performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions, and work with developers to implement potential fixes Positively interact with IT and business stakeholders Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability Deliver second Level oncall support Stay uptodate with stateoftheart concepts and technologies, and use this knowledge to analyze and maintain systems Provide input to the Manager, Integration Services and Automation for administrative and management tasks Ensure that all systems selected or developed comply with prevailing IT Architectural Standards including but not limited to security standards and Information Security policies COMPETENCIES Ability to work internationally in a matrixmanaged, resultsoriented environment Ability to work and communicate with team members in different time zones using latest communication tools Ability to interpret complex technical issues and communicate the business value of IT standards and structured approach Selfmotivated and demonstrate doer mentality Excellent communications skills, both written and oral High level Technical Analysis and Evaluation skills QUALIFICATIONS EXPERIENCE Possess a bachelor or higher degree in information technology or similar Have a minimum of 35 years of applicable professional experience Sound technical understanding of cloud services, cloud topology and patterns as well as related technical skills including business application Microsoft Azure skills Azure handson experience administrator andor developer Azure Administrator certification AZ103AZ104 Azure DevOps Solutions certification AZ400 Agile Development concepts DevOps lifecycle, automation, orchestration, and current best practices. Continuous Integration tools Jenkins, Gitlab, Azure DevOps Continuous Delivery tools puppet, ansible, terraform Cloud native Containers docker, kubernetes Infrastructure as Code experience terraform, ARM, powershell, Azure automation Monitoring and distributed logging Networking Fundamentals Understanding of networking and network appliances proxies, firewalls High availability environments setup Load balancing and failover Fluency in written and spoken English, with French, German and Luxembourgish also being an asset OTHER KEY REQUIREMENTS COMMENTS Meet annual objectives Measure deliverables on time, budget and spec Application availability Measurement of level 2 application service desk requests The job responsibilities outlined in this advert are not exhaustive and may evolve over time and be reviewed according to business needs.
