Operating at 6,400 MHz with tuning voltage of 0.3–4.7 Vdc, CVCO55CXT-6400-6400 Coaxial Resonator Oscillator features typical phase noise of -100 dBc/Hz at 10 KHz offset. Device exhibits output power of 5.0 dBm into 50 Ω load with supply of +8.0 Vdc and current consumption of 35 mA max. Pushing and Pulling are minimized to 1.5 MHz/V and 0.5 MHz, respectively.
