Combining hardware and software, Videojet Code Detection System provides Code Assurance by automatically checking for printed code on every product. System uses presence/absence detection to verify that amount of contrast in marking area is sufficient, helping to catch common printing issues, including missing, mis-positioned, and clipped codes. Users can set threshold for code to be considered unacceptable, and set limit for number of bad codes that can be detected before fault is indicated.
