Com Hem Holding AB today announces that its subsidiary NorCell Sweden Holding 2 AB , ), has issued a notice of conditional redemption for all of its 186,587,700 10.75% Senior Notes due 2019 . The redemption is conditioned upon the receipt of proceeds from certain lenders under existing credit facilities that collectively result in aggregate proceeds to the Issuer in an amount sufficient to redeem the Notes in full.
