Com Hem Holding AB today announces that its subsidiary NorCell Sweden Holding 2 AB , the issuer of 186,587,700 10.75% Senior Notes due 2019 , confirms that the financing condition referenced in the press release dated October 8, 2015 has been satisfied. The Issuer will redeem all of the outstanding Notes, plus accrued and unpaid interest and additional amounts, if any, on November 14, 2015.
