When: 7 to 8:30 pm Wednesday, September 25, 2013 Where: Lincoln High School (1600 SW Salmon Street, Portland) What: Now that an interim suicide-prevention barrier has been installed on the Vista Bridge, the City of Portland is turning to the community to gather input for a long term installation that compliments the historic character of the bridge.
