With 430 x 350 mm cleaning area and 40 L tank capacity, 800 x 1,150 x 1,350 mm ACT100Lite is designed for 650 x 550 mm and 600 x 550 mm metal masks used in solder printing as part of process of surface mounting electronic components to PCBs. Scrubbing and drying occur internally, eliminating contact with solvent and exposure to airborne cleaning solution for operator safety. Specialized only in SMT, scubber eliminates flaking of metal masks and does not damage combination metal masks.
