Integrating single-ended cold FET structure and diplexer for ~9 dB conversion loss with +22 dBm IIP3, MAMX-011021 high IP3 mixer covers 5–33 GHz RF range and DC to 5 GHz IF range. Image reject mixer MAMX-011022 provides image rejection of 18 dB and covers 5–28 GHz RF range and DC to 5 GHz IF range with 12 dB typ conversion loss. Supporting 7 dB typ noise, MAMX-011023 low noise active mixer covers 4–23 GHz RF range and DC to 8 GHz IF range. All come in 1.5 x 1.2 mm SMT plastic TDFN packaging.
