John F. Lundgren, the chief executive officer of Stanley Black & Decker, received total compensation last year of nearly $54 million, with nearly 80 percent from options he exercised and stock vesting, according to a regulatory filing. Lundgren, 64, received a salary of about $1.4 million and an incentive package valued at $2.7 million.
