Computer System User Support Analyst Key Tasks and Responsibilities Our customer is a European organisation providing weather and climaterelated satellite data, images and products for its users.You will have the following responsibilities Installconfigureadministrate desktop and notebook systems hardware and operating system MS Windows Installconfigureadministrate hardware peripherals printers, scanners, etc Installconfigureadministrate standard corporate office applications Maintain, administer and support remote access devicese.g. iPhones, VPN tokens Administer user accounts, manage user permissions Provide first and second level user and technical support, particularly in the area of standard desktop applications Windows 7, MS Office 2007, Visio, etc Participate in crossteam IT Projects Support the procurement of softwarehardware Skills Experience You will have the following qualifications and relevant experience University degree or equivalent in computer science or other relevant field Extensive knowledge of and experience in hardware and software installation, maintenance and troubleshooting Experience in the installation and maintenance of mobile computing solutions Extensive experience in end user support Experience in performing user administration in MS Active Directory and Exchange Knowledge of Outlook configuration and administration and troubleshooting in an MS exchange environment Experience in using Microsoft Management Console Professional certification as MCP Windows 7 or other professional certifications Experience in using software distribution systems Fluency in English is mandatory knowledge of German is an advantage.
