Concord NWS plans unveiled next month

The three firms vying to become the master developer for the Concord Naval Weapons Station will present their proposals to the City Council next month. Catellus Development Corp. is scheduled to reveal its vision for the property during a regular council meeting at 6:30 p.m., Feb. 10. Lennar Urban and SunCal are scheduled to present at a special council meeting at 6 p.m. on Feb. 11. Both meetings will be held in the council chambers at the Civic Center, 1950 Parkside Dr. The fourth candidate, J.F. Shea Co., withdrew from consideration.
