For a large international engineering organization in Norway, we are currently looking for a Configuration Manager. The organization is focussed on the design and development of diverse equipment for space applications, like ElectroOptics and Space Mechanisms. The space department is divided into different locations within Norway and as Configuration Manager you will be responsible for all the teams and locations. Specific Tasks and Responsibilities You will have overall responsibility for Configuration Management CM in the complete space department You will lead forums related to CM, CM plan activities, participate in the tender and project work You will be the focal contact point for international customers You will be helping to lead the review processes, ensure data and documentation deliverables to the end customer You will assist with staff training and youll play a proactive role in the continuous improvement of the organization. Required Experience and Education Previous experience of Configuration Management in an international business environment Experience in the space field is a plus Good written and verbal skills in English Norwegian language skills would be a plus Result driven, proactive and positve attitude The position requires a security clearance in according with applicable requirements.
