RHEA is currently recruiting a Configuration Manager to support for our client in Bremen, Germany. Tasks and Activities The scope of work will include Overseeing the Configuration Management of the subsystems Identifying and documenting the configuration baselines Overseeing the release of CIDLs Ensuring followup of CM consistency between all subsystems regarding functional requirements, verification and implementation Reviewing all subsystem CM deliverables Participating in the implementation and maintenance of change management at subsystem levels Preparing technical lists for releases, changes notably the Configuration Item Data List CIDL Skills and Experience The following skills and experience are mandatory University Degree in Engineering, Aerospace or similar Minimum 5 years of direct professional experience in configuration or quality management Good knowledge of configuration management practices, concepts, methods, and processes Team player with strong soft skills and able to communicate effectively Willingness to work in a transnational environment Native level speaker in English, both written and spoken.
