Integrating high-side, N-channel MOSFET switch, Model A6213 provides constant-current output up to 3 A to drive high-power LEDs. Output voltage automatically adjusts to optimize constant-current supply to variety of LED array configurations including multiple LEDs in series. LED dimming is accomplished via direct logic input PWM signal. Housed in 8-pin narrow SOIC package, IC is suited for automotive map lights, DRL daytime running lights, fog lights, and underhood lamps.
